These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of watches by TIMEBUILT through the website timebuilt.watch.
TIMEBUILT watches are designed, assembled and carefully inspected. Product descriptions and photographs are as accurate as possible but may not perfectly reflect the final product due to screen display variations.
Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included. TIMEBUILT operates as a micro-enterprise under the French VAT exemption scheme in accordance with Article 293B of the French General Tax Code. VAT is therefore not applicable.
Shipping costs are indicated during the checkout process.
Placing an order on the website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. An order confirmation email is sent once payment has been validated.
Payment is due in full at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are those displayed on the website at checkout.
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times are provided for reference only. TIMEBUILT cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
In accordance with applicable regulations, customers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the product, without having to justify the reason.
Returned products must be unused, unworn and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All TIMEBUILT watches are covered by an international 24-month warranty starting from the delivery date. The warranty covers any manufacturing, assembly or functional defects under normal conditions of use.
Please keep your order confirmation and proof of delivery for warranty claims.
TIMEBUILT shall not be held liable for damage resulting from improper use, impact, unauthorized modification or intervention by a third party.
Personal data collected is necessary for order processing and is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
